Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation or Athletic Training
  • Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) - Board of Certification
  • Indiana or Illinois Licensed Athletic Trainer
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification
  • 1 year preferred experience in Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation or Athletic Training
  • Up to 20% travel required
