Key Requirements
3-5 years residential property management experience
Degree in electrical engineering or administration experience
Exposure to technology-based utility management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Solid background in facility administration operations

Proven track record in rolling out improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s Degree or graduate/ MBA or related field preferred
