Job Summary

  • As an ambassador of our wine programme and a key contributor to the overall guest dining experience, you will support the Sommelier team in delivering warm, refined and personalised service.
  • You will guide guests through our wine selections, assist in pairings, maintain cellar organisation, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and product knowledge.
  • We offer exceptional training, mentorship and opportunities for professional wine qualifications, access to supplier tastings, masterclasses and development sessions.
