Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years post-call experience
Active membership in Canadian provincial bar
Expert knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial labour laws
Collective bargaining and arbitration proficiency
Litigation and dispute resolution management
Nice-to-have
Bilingual in English and French
Master's degree or specialized certification in labour law
Experience combining private practice and in-house roles
Functional leadership experience in legal environment
Ability to translate complex legal concepts into business advice
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law (Juris Doctor or LL.B.)
Active membership in good standing with a provincial bar in Canada
10+ years progressive post-call experience in labour and employment law
