Job Summary

• This role will lead complex, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives across the People Analytics and Innovations organization, spanning cloud modernization, AI/Machine Learning, product-led user experience, and strategic integration.
• The position partners with Product, UX, Data Engineering, ML, Cloud, Security, Human Resources, and business stakeholders to define and execute an integrated portfolio that delivers measurable people insights and innovation.
