Execute developments and evolutions of T&C platforms and tools, ensuring they meet defined functional and experience requirements.
Provide operational support in the integration of new solutions and in resolving technical incidents, working in coordination with Engineering, Architecture, and Risks.
Develop and implement automation and integration solutions for tools, focused on reducing inefficient steps and improving user experience.
