  • Performs various research methods such as usability testing, audience analysis, persona development, and interviews, then analyzes the results to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and acts as a user advocate to define product strategy, patterns, navigation, structure, and hierarchy, creating user stories, process flows, and journey maps.
