Job Summary
The RAI-MDS Coordinator is responsible for supporting the long-term care home in the management and sustainability of RAI-MDS processes to ensure the validity of clinical and quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring RAI-MDS processes, developing and maintaining a Resident assessment schedule, and facilitating RAI-MDS training.
The role requires a regulated or licensed health care practitioner with a minimum of three years of clinical, project leadership, or management experience.
