Job Summary

• The Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is a designated 12 bed department that allows our providers to monitor and evaluate the medical condition of patients who do not meet criteria for an inpatient admission but are not well enough to go home without requiring further observation or diagnostic testing.

Base: $38.20 - $57.30; Premium pay such as shift, on call, and more based on a teammate's job; Incentive pay for select positions
