Must-have
5-7 years M&A advisory experience
Lead end-to-end transaction execution
Financial modeling and valuation skills
Manage multi-disciplinary due diligence teams
Prepare client deliverables and presentations

Luxembourg business ecosystem knowledge
Fluency in Luxembourgish, French or German
Experience mentoring junior team members
Strong academic background with qualifications
Ability to identify strategic value drivers
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant M&A advisory experience
