Job Summary

  • The role is a critical role in managing Claims projects for both products roll out and claims transformation, system and technical support, along with Claims Management Information.
  • Proactively conducting research and analysis of operational effectiveness, processes etc. Outcome of research and analysis is used to optimized claims processing including reducing TAT, minimized errors and increase quality assessment.
  • Responsible in overall dept. system related enhancement, UAT, product development and staff access, Lead end-to-end delivery of claims-related projects.
