Job Summary

  • This role provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership across Bioprocess R&D's non-GMP pilot plants, portfolio management, and regulatory strategy.
  • The position is responsible for coordinating BRD projects, managing forecasts, and serving as the single point of contact for a cohesive portfolio perspective to the leadership team.
  • Candidates are eligible for a bonus target of 25.0% of base salary and participation in Pfizer's share-based long-term incentive program.

Key Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. with 12+ years relevant experience
