Base: $151,800 -- $257,100 annually (US); Base: $177,600 - $257,100 (California); Bonus/Equity: Total target compensation (TTC) for sales roles includes base + commission; Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles; new hire equity award may be eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits programs

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing business workflow solutions
  • Proven ability to build solution narratives and GTM messaging
  • Deep hands-on experience with Adobe’s document and content solutions
  • Experience in key business processes (legal, HR, finance, sales)
  • Strong understanding of AI's role in modern business workflows
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise sales
  • BA/BS Degree preferred OR equivalent practical experience
