Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
  • The role requires maintaining a calm environment while assisting residents with personal care, feeding, mobility, and observing for pressure areas or skin breakdowns.
