Job Summary

  • Manages, mentors, and leads a team to ensure service level agreements are met for the Office of Research Administration (ORA), Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP), and Conflict of Interest Office (COI).
  • Collaborates with business leads, IT partners, peers, and third-party providers to identify priorities, meet objectives, reduce risk, and maintain efficiencies.
  • Develops short, mid, and long-term strategic solutions to resolve system business challenges and defects in collaboration with ORA.
