Job Summary

  • The Manager, Technical Operations & Engineering is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring alignment between technical, operational, and business unit objectives.
  • This role provides technical leadership, engineering oversight, strategic direction, and project management to achieve site goals in EHS, production, maintenance, cost, and quality.
