Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and responsible Cafe Cook to support daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and quality control. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and takes pride in delivering consistent food quality. Responsibilities Prepare café food items such as brunch dishes, light mains, and side dishes following standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality Assist with plating desserts, waffles, bingsu, and simple pastries to meet presentation standards Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation by applying proper cooking and finishing techniques Follow food handling, storage, and hygiene practices to ensure kitchen safety and compliance Support daily mise en place by preparing ingredients and organizing kitchen stations for efficient service Clean and organize kitchen workstations to maintain a safe and tidy environment Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to ensure availability of ingredients Adhere to kitchen safety procedures and company standards during all food preparation activities Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in a café, restaurant, or kitchen environment Basic knowledge of café food preparation techniques Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Responsible, disciplined, and eager to learn new skills Positive attitude with strong teamwork spirit Availability to work on weekends and public holidays What we Offer Stable working environment within a growing brand Career progression opportunities as the company expands Training & development support Friendly & supportive team culture
