Key Requirements
Current Arizona Certified Nurse Practitioner license with Family Psychiatric and Mental Health focus
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
1-3 years behavioral health experience
Full prescribing authority
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
Basic Life Support training or ability to train within 10 days
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
TB screening and vaccinations as required
