Acts as the Country Lead for the Service Cloud customer request management system for Canada, representing the Canadian Commercial Trade operations perspective with cross-functional stakeholders; maintaining platform governance, ensuring timely triage and escalation, and driving adherence to SLAs.
Monitors Commercial Trade operational KPIs to track Service Levels affecting customer satisfaction and product availability while also ensuring our company’s operational efficiency (on-time deliveries, expired returns, etc.).
