Job Summary

  • These newly created roles are part of an exciting transformation aimed at enhancing clinical support, education and practice development, workforce strategy, and on-site accessibility to clinicians across our Residential Aged Care Homes.
  • Working collaboratively with the Clinical Lead-Residential Aged Care and the Residential Aged Care Operations team, you will develop and deliver training in alignment with our Healthy Ageing Strategic Education Plan.
  • You will also provide coaching and mentoring support for the clinical teams to foster a positive workforce culture and assist in succession planning.
