Job Summary

  • Deliver innovative marketing strategies in support of CommBank’s Home Lender network, working closely with stakeholders to strategise, execute, and review campaigns aligned to business priorities and customer needs.
  • Develop and project manage campaigns that deliver business objectives, raise consideration, drive acquisition/cross-sell, improve customer NPS, and retain customers.
  • Build robust analysis and reporting of delivered campaigns to demonstrate marketing contribution, provide insights, and recommend improvements, while managing expenditures to an agreed budget.
