Job Summary

• Establish policies, procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with U.S. gambling laws, including state-by-state regulations, advertising standards and responsible gaming guidelines.
• Review and approve all gambling-related advertising, promotions and partnerships to ensure compliance with state-specific and/or international requirements, FTC guidelines and responsible gaming messaging.
• Work closely with internal departments to implement compliance controls, ensuring alignment with legal and business objectives.
