Job Summary

  • As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist (Night Shift), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the machines are ready for production, working as part of a team responsible for maintaining and repairing high-tech CNC machines and various other production and quality assets.
  • Key duties include preventative maintenance program ownership and execution, complex troubleshooting and repairs, machine alignments & commissioning, root cause analysis, spares strategy, leadership, cross-functional coordination, reliability improvement, and compliance management.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years post-apprenticeship experience
  • HNC/HND or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Level 3 apprenticeship in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
  • Significant experience with FANUC and/or Siemens operating systems
  • Experience in fault finding/programming PLCs and HMIs
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification
  • Legal authorization to work in the UK
