Job Summary

• The Senior Client Specialist will partner with Sales Executives to jointly manage client relationships and act as the primary product, technical, and operational contact for assigned clients.
• Responsibilities include proactively communicating key events, jointly engaging with clients, owning custom client reportings, and coordinating with the Client Support team.
