Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client teams, working with internal partners to address client operational requests and provide timely, transparent updates back to the client team.
Support TPM’s growth by institutionalizing and modernizing the operating model—streamlining and automating workflows, strengthening execution discipline, and enhancing collaboration across teams.

Base: $185,000 - $200,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonuses, potential equity; Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, 401(k)
