This is an exciting opportunity to join our Cloud Enablement team, working with colleagues across AstraZeneca to design and engineer cloud solutions in our multi cloud environment.
We’re looking for someone who can collaborate across a variety of teams and roles – Architects, Product Owners, Data Scientists and Software Developers in order to engineer high quality cloud solutions.
You will be regularly challenged with new technologies, services and ways of working in a large enterprise-scale environment.

Key Requirements
In depth experience with cloud services setup
Proficient in designing scalable cloud architectures
Experience with cloud-native services
Expertise in IaC tools like Terraform
Proficient in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Experience developing deployment scripts
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines
Good understanding of cloud security
Experience implementing cloud security controls
Familiarity with IAM concepts
Expertise in risk remediation and reporting
Experience optimizing cloud resources for cost
Ability to identify performance bottlenecks
Expertise in designing scalable architectures
Knowledge of auto-scaling configurations
Ability to lead incident response
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Effective communication to non-technical stakeholders
