Job Summary

  • As a Valuation Services Director, you will perform top-tier valuation services to obtain new and retain top clients.
  • Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
  • Execute valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, etc.) for corporate clients, REITs (publicly traded & non-traded), pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, etc.

Salary

100% commission-based compensation; Bonus based on company and individual performance; Medical, RX, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short-term/long-term disability, 401k with match, 10 days sick leave, 12 weeks paid parental leave (birth parents), 4 weeks paid parental leave (non-birth parents)
