  • The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales strategies, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building the team.
  • Develop sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of Company sales goals and profitability.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
