Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7-12+ years experience in power electronics
Expertise in AC-DC DC-DC converters and inverters
Strong knowledge of BLDC PMSM motor control FOC
Hands-on debugging with oscilloscopes and power analyzers
Proficiency in MATLAB Simulink PSIM LTspice simulation tools
Nice-to-have
Strong customer-facing communication skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders
Experience with SiC GaN power devices
Certifications in power electronics or motor control
Key Requirements
