Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Training and Organizational Development
  • Prior Pharma Training Experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
