Byd is seeking a Controller for its Pasadena, CA location, who will oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance for the Ride Group while leading the accounting team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in GAAP accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and possess strong communication skills

Job Summary

  • The Controller will play key roles in providing guidance for accounting, reporting and compliance/controls for Ride Group.
  • The candidate will lead accounting team to meet various deadlines as well as take initiatives to improve processes.
  • Work as leader in company internal controls, make sure internal controls are put in place for all critical business processes and all business risks are Lead self-audits across company to establish good business practices.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of accounting manager/controller experience
