Job Summary
Be part of the Guest Services Team at Rogers Stadium where our staff are our crew members and have the unique opportunity to create an exceptional fan experience.
Direct and supervise Guest Services staff and other employees performing similar services, and provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
Lead and train staff to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details and act as the point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and complaints.
