Job Summary

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-12 inside sales/customer service representatives selling machined parts to BW Packaging customers.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and quarterly sales targets by balancing inbound customer responsiveness with outbound, growth-focused activity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
