Job Summary
Field incoming help requests by providing first level IT support and either resolve or escalate incidents in a timely manner.
Provide onsite deskside and walk-up support for PCs, mobile devices, and thin clients, and manage desktop, laptop, mobile device, and thin client lifecycle.
Engage with customer / leadership team and provide proactive support, with flexibility to work on shifts and weekends on-demand.
