Responsibilities include recruiting, screening, interviewing, selecting, assigning, and evaluating volunteers, as well as providing orientation and training.
The role involves overseeing risk management, processing applications, providing recognition, maintaining schedules, and promoting volunteer engagement.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (experience in lieu of degree considered)
Prior experience preferred in recruiting, interviewing, training, and supervision of students/adults in a volunteer program/setting
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Adept at computers
Experience in Word, Excel, Power Point, Publishing and Outlook preferred
Familiarity with a volunteer tracking program desirable
