  • Prior experience preferred in recruiting, interviewing, training, and supervision of students/adults in a volunteer program/setting
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Adept at computers
  • Experience in Word, Excel, Power Point, Publishing and Outlook preferred
  • Familiarity with a volunteer tracking program desirable
