Key Requirements
Culinary Arts, Hotel, or Restaurant Management degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
High-volume, luxury or upscale food & beverage environment experience
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and culinary production equipment
Ability to operate kitchen-related computer systems
