Key Requirements

  • Culinary Arts, Hotel, or Restaurant Management degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • High-volume, luxury or upscale food & beverage environment experience
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and culinary production equipment
  • Ability to operate kitchen-related computer systems
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
