You will participate in developing policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs while assisting the Director of Nursing in managing departmental operations.
The role requires providing direct nursing care, including starting IVs, obtaining specimens, and monitoring residents' physical and emotional status.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in the state
