Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
  • You will be responsible for creating a culture of EHSS excellence, working in partnership with your colleagues on the plant leadership team (PLT), driven by associate engagement.
  • This role requires leading compliance and improvement projects focused on the development and implementation of proactive EHSS systems to ensure the health and safety of all associates and visitors.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EHSS or related field
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations
  • CSP or CIH certification preferred
