Job Summary

  • The Retail Supervisor is responsible to drive retail sales in all outlets by developing sales initiatives, strategic visual merchandising, and training of associates to become expert salespersons.
  • Create personalized guest sales experience through leading the sales teams in each outlet to achieve revenue goals.
  • Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands.
