The Vendor Management Consultant is responsible for managing the relationship and performance of Business Partner Outsourced contact centers supporting Visa services across Latin America and other regions.
This role requires extensive interaction with multiple cross-functional areas including Visa Concierge, Credit Product Office, Sales, Compliance, and Legal to support operational needs and program administration.
The position is based in Bogota, Colombia, offers a hybrid work model, and provides the opportunity to create impact at scale within a global payments technology leader.
