Base: $153,700.00 - $253,700.00; Bonus: Performance-based cash incentive awards available; Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) match, pension plan, 20 days PTO

Must-have
8-10 years commercial underwriting experience
Prior field location management experience
Expert knowledge of commercial accounts products
Strong negotiation skills with agents and brokers
Nice-to-have
CPCU designation preferred

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Six years minimum relevant experience
Eight to ten years commercial underwriting experience
