Salary

Base: $143,200.00 - $214,800.00 USD (US excl. PR); Netherlands: €104,080.00 - €156,120.00 EUR; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, PTO, Tuition assistance

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
  • 7+ years program management experience required
  • Bachelor's degree minimum qualification

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in regulated medical device domains
  • Proven track record in organizational transformation
  • Ability to lead in ambiguous environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years relevant experience
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
