Job Summary
As an Analyst, you will be supporting the onsite client with desk side support including: Carrying out Security Audits of all devices holding Data on the network by Scanning and reporting IMAC’s – Installations, Moves, Additions and Changes.
This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5-hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 07:00 - 19:00; hours will be agreed at a later time with site lead.

Key Requirements
UK GOV Security Clearance at SC level
Full, clean UK Driving License
Proven trouble shooting skills
Previous experience in a similar role with ITIL environment
PC/Desktop Support knowledge
Knowledge and awareness of M365
Administering Windows Share/File permissions
Mobile connectivity knowledge
Knowledge of SCCM
Confident break fix knowledge of HP Workstation, Desktops & Laptops
