Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for administering salary administration, policy administration, personnel action processing, organizational management processing, unemployment, employee orientation as well as time/leave administration for a set of Judicial districts.
  • The position follows the life-cycle of an employee from hiring to separation and managing/processing all relevant actions ensuring all appropriate laws/policies are followed.
  • The North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts (NCAOC) seeks a creative and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
