Job Summary
Diagnoses, identifies, troubleshoots and performs appropriate repairs, based on industry standards, to ensure vehicle systems function as prescribed by original manufacturer specifications.
Performs scheduled preventative maintenance and non-scheduled maintenance at the client division's yard or transfer station, including on-road and field support of various types of heavy equipment, trucks and attachments.
Works in compliance to OHSA and attends and participates in regular scheduled safety talks, meetings and initiatives.

Key Requirements
Class 421A Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Certificate of Qualification
Ozone depletion Prevention certificate (ODP)
Valid Ontario Class “D” Driver’s License with “Z” endorsement
Extensive experience in vehicle/equipment troubleshooting and repair
Experience with on-board diagnosis interface software
