Job Summary

• Drives retail business operations at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities, to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment.
• Ensures that all Team Members are well-trained and fulfill their duties and responsibilities.

Base: $70,000.00 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for a monthly bonus, based on performance goals once training is completed; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, EAP, PTO, Paid Holidays

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years' work experience in Retail Management
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
