  • Provide technical support for users of Citi, including quick resolutions to application issues and driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements.
  • Lead the regional Production Management operations and effectively partner with other regional teams for providing stable Production Support coverage to Business.
  • Lead the technical evaluation and integration of new Gen AI capabilities into the production support workflow, serving as the SME for Gen AI.
