Job Summary
The Capital Markets Senior Manager / Directors is responsible for managing the team, inclusive of managers and team leads, that books and services of all participation and syndicated loans with varying levels of complexity in a high-volume environment.
Works closely with Wholesale Bankers to ensure that loans are processed, closed, and booked, without errors or exceptions.
Serves as the subject matter expert on compliance and regulatory matters and as liaison with regulatory agencies, internal and external examiners/auditors and other authorities on compliance-related issues.
