Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Hands-on QC testing of raw materials
Interpret analytical data for CoAs
Maintain accurate QC records and documentation
Coordinate third-party laboratory analyses
Support HACCP and SQF program execution
Nice-to-have
Experience with functional ingredient blends
Knowledge of hydrocolloid systems
Strong attention to detail in procedures
Ability to expand analytical testing knowledge
Effective collaboration with internal teams
Key Requirements
B.S. degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biology
2–4 years experience in food/beverage manufacturing
HACCP certification required
SQF Practitioner certification required
Experience with mixing, blending, or functional ingredients
