Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Leadership & Learning will play a critical role in shaping and executing OTPP’s talent strategy for the Investments division globally, while also supporting enterprise-wide Talent Management practices.
This role provides strategic talent advisory services, facilitates bespoke leadership and learning solutions, and ensures robust succession planning and talent management to drive business performance and advance enterprise priorities.
The Senior Manager, Leadership & Learning will report to the Managing Director, Talent & Leadership and will partner closely across the Talent COE, Global Business Partner – Investments, other Centres of Excellence, and senior leaders as needed.
